Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We currently send all deliveries through Australia Post (a combination of Tracked and Untracked Services) or Sendle. We provide free shipment for orders over $59.95! For orders under there is a small $9.95 handling fee.
In accordance to the advice from Australia post / Sendle the expected delivery times for the two methods are:
- Express 1-4 Business Days (an additional $11.95 will apply)
- Standard 2-8 Business Days
Tracked packages are generally sent via Sendle or Australia Post depending on the location. Express packages are sent via Australia Post.
International Shipping Rates
International Shipping is Currently available to New Zealand via Standard Tracked Parcels via Australia Post. with the estimated 8-12 business days delivery. The costs will be dependent on the weight of the parcel and are as following:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anytime Makeup is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please be aware that some countries do not allow some classes of goods such as cosmetics for personal import and may charge Customs fees / import duties on overseas deliveries.
Due to the nature of the Customs & import process and jurisdiction, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Before ordering, we strongly suggest that you check with your country's relevant government authority i.e. Customs Office to clarify the rules applicable.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at simpleanytime@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
